A Safe Haven For Traumatized, Battered, and Intimidated Women
COMMUNITY SUPPORTS
Short-Term Post-Hospitalization Housing – We give people leaving a hospital or treatment center a safe place to stay while they recover. It’s designed for those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, so they can continue getting the care and support they need right after discharge.
Housing Navigation – We help people who are homeless find safe and reliable housing. For those who are at risk of losing their homes, we step in early to connect them with resources, support, and education to help prevent homelessness.
Housing Tenancy – We guide people to keep their housing safe and stable by teaching them about their rights and responsibilities as tenants and connecting them to resources that can prevent eviction or other housing problems.
We also offer guidance on budgeting and managing money to support long-term stability.
Housing Deposits – We work with local housing and homelessness agencies to make sure funds are used wisely through the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). We also help cover important costs like housing deposits and other essentials people need to move into a safe home.
